Image Well Done is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We make no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the tools for any specific commercial or legal purpose.

2. Browser-Local Execution & Client Compatibility

All image manipulations (including compression, cropping, format conversion, and EXIF extraction) are performed exclusively within your local web browser's memory. Tool performance, maximum supported file dimensions, and memory capacity are strictly bounded by your hardware, device RAM, and browser implementation (such as Canvas 2D, Web Workers, and OffscreenCanvas support). We cannot guarantee that all devices or file sizes will succeed.

3. Image Ownership & Rights

You retain full and exclusive ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to all images you process with this service. Because Image Well Done operates strictly locally and does not upload your files, we claim no rights, licenses, or title to your content.

4. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use

You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary legal rights, permissions, or licenses to the images you process. You agree not to use Image Well Done to process materials that infringe upon copyright, intellectual property, privacy rights, or that violate applicable local or international laws.

5. Service Availability & Changes

We do not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability of the site or specific tools. Features may be modified, improved, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

6. File Safety & Data Backups

While our algorithms are engineered to protect and optimize images without data corruption, you should always maintain original backups of your critical media files before processing. Image Well Done shall not be liable for any accidental data loss or file corruption arising on your device.

7. Third-Party Libraries & Licenses

Image Well Done incorporates open-source software libraries. Relevant third-party licenses and copyright notices are documented and credited on our Licenses page.
